He's expected to meet sales objectives and goals, increase market share in his territory, and build strong relationships with clients.      "The company is only 6 years old, and has only 2% market penetration within this territory. Therefore, they are in need of a seasoned sales professional to utilize my skill set to increase market share. The compensation/ commission structure, along with the full benefit package, is very attractive.

     "Here I have the opportunity to establish myself as a sales producer, and make my mark with a young nationwide company. I had a total of two personal interviews, and two phone interviews, and it seemed to be a good match from the start.
